No Horses/Foals Currently for sale!
**BUYERS NOTE!**
Only horses that specify Payments Possible will have that offer applied to it's price
and only those specified horses will come with a payment plan.
Payments plans require a Non-Refundable down of $500, no exceptions, and monthly
agreed upon payments, if you need to make two or more small payments in a month
please get into contact with me! Life happens and we understand that, but communication is key!
All money we receive from you towards your purchase is Non-Refundable, this is to insure the seriousness
of the buyer. Payments can be made by Cash, Check, Money Order, Venmo and/or PayPal (any additional fees from PayPal or
Money Orders is the responsibility of the buyer).
Only horses marked FRIM are just that, Firm on their sale price. If a horse is NOT marked FRIM please
feel free to make Reasonable offers.
Vet exams prior to purchase are always welcome, and buyers are welcome to have horses
tested for anything they want and x-rayed from one end to the other if they wish, at the buyers expense.
All Vet exams, Vet Work, Farm calls/Trip charges, Coggins Tests, Health Certificates,
or other vet expenses are at buyer's expense.
Buyer's may also request an Ultrasound on any pregnant broodmare to re-check
and confirm pregnancy status.
Ownership of foal/horse will remain with the seller along with any Registration Papers, Registration Applications,
and/or Transfer until after the foal has been paid in full, any board, vet bills and expenses have been paid,
and foal/horse has been picked up. Foal/Horse will not be allowed to
leave unless paid for in full and all expenses are paid.
At this time we are NOT able to transport sold foals/horses, but we are willing to help the buyer
find transportation if needed. All transportation fees are the buyers responsibility.
Also, we will NOT discount our prices for horses sold "without their papers"! The horses we breed are APHA registered
(Some may be dual registered with the PtHA and/or the APPR) and per their respective associations rules
it is against their policy to sell a horse without their papers and it is against ours as well.
